We are delights! The Charming Hotel Alpenheim – Charming Hotel & SPA in Ortisei/St.Ulrich has been a special address for good taste for a long time. A kitchen can only produce refined dishes if the raw products that enter it are of finest quality. That’s why it is of vital importance to us to cook with local products as far as possible, with fresh herbs and ingredients from South Tyrol, with meat from local farmers. To cut a long story short: quality from the nearby area is important for us.
We would like to spoil our guests from breakfast to dinner. Various types of bread, best jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt and muesli, finest sausages and spreads give our guests a good start into a day full of action lying ahead. And in the evening we offer a menu that wonderfully combines the typical South Tyrolean cuisine with the lighter Italian tradition. Alpine – Mediterranean – that’s still South Tyrolean style in the year ten of the new millennium. And our wine cellar stores many good wines from South Tyrol, from the big Italian wine regions and from France. The choice is yours: red or white? |
