Services
All rooms have either bathtub or shower, telephone and ISDN-connection, Sat-TV, safe, mini bar, make-up mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe, flip-flops.
Most rooms are equipped with a balcony. In the hotel there is a lift, a dining hall, a house bar with open chimney, a winter garden, a Stube (traditional wooden hall), a wine bar and a big swimming pool with wellness area..

Reductions
Children’s reductions in same room/suite (additional bed) with both parents paying full price:
• small kids up to 3 years: €25-€45
• kids aged 3-8: minus 50%
• kids aged 8-15: minus 30%
• kids aged 15 upwards: minus 20%
The reductions are based on the respective day price. Additional children’s reductions in certain seasonal periods. |

Arrival/departure times
Your room is ready for you from 3 pm onwards. Please organise your departure so that your room is freed by 11 am. Should you arrive after 6 pm we ask you to inform us. |

Booking
After receiving your written confirmation as well as a deposit of €230 per person your booking is binding.
The deposit can be paid by postal order or bank transfer.
The payment transaction in the hotel:
For the final account we accept cash payment and the credit cards Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard (no Diners Club), Bancomat or EC Card.
Please check in time the limit of your EC Card! |

Belated arrival, anticipated departure or stay withdrawal (cancellation):
In case of belated arrival or anticipated departure varying the agreed reservation, the full price of stay will be charged.
Cancellation: It is an irritating situation for everyone, if someone withdrawals in the last minute and we have a free room even though others liked to come.
Therefore we recommend:
Cancellation insurance:
What, if suddenly something happens and changes the situation of a planned holiday? An insurance helps at least with the incurred costs.
Therefore we recommend our trip cancellation insurance. |

With renouncement of the cancellation insurance the follow terms are applied:
In case of a cancellation up to 8 weeks before the holiday beginning, we return your prepayment less a handling charge of 15,- €;
From the 8th week the prepayment expires in our favour.
In case of a cancellation 4 weeks before your arrival 80 %, and 2 weeks before your arrival 100%
of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In case of belated arrival or anticipated departure we calculate the entire reserved time of stay. |
