It may happen that one falls ill with flu, that a child gets sick, that an unexpected event occurs within the family. There are many reasons why a holiday already booked cannot be started and must be cancelled. That is why we think it is important and we highly recommend you to take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation insurance – just in case
The EU-regulations for the cancellation of hotel stays or journeys are applied. Should you have to postpone, cancel or shorten your stay within four weeks of the beginning of your holidays, you will be charged the hotel arrangement.
For this reason we generally recommend all our guests to take out a cancellation insurance that will cover your expenses in the unfortunate case you should need to cancel your booking.
